We have distributors oversea now and custermer ordering, services will be dealed by local distributors.

 

 

Ordering and Quotation

Any customer can submit an online order form directly on our website. Please make sure containing the following items in your order form:

Name(required)

Email address(required)

Country and detailed address, zip code(optional)

Phone number(optional)

So we can contacte you ASAP and make sure your order be responsed fast and safely.

Or you can just send us an quick note or email us to sales@skyfirecnc.com directly if having any issue not sure about our products. Any uncertain issue, any questions need help, we will response ASAP.

Normally we may have some options and suggested accessories for our products. You will find them in the tables on the product page. You can add options into your cart directly, and can find accessories we suggested in CNC part categories too. Just add the items into your cart and check out at last, or directly order some items, The website will bring you to the order list submitting page. Just fill in the necessory information and send it to us. We will see your order list on our end and then contact you via email immediately to confirm your order, and shipping issues etc.

Not like most online stores which can check out and pay directly without post process manually, We don't provide direct payment function yet because most customer may need discuss with us for more details and may have variable options to decide. So when you submit the order list, it's actually a dispositional order list.

All our product quotes are FOB price. Shipping charge will be calculated depend on your shipping method request(FOB, CIF, international delivery etc.)

When everything is clear, we will generate a proforma invoice containing every order details for both sides memo and then we can go forward to payment and production or shipping progress.

Payment Method

We can only accept wire transfer payment for now. For single machine orders, we will require full advance payment once order confirmed to make transfer process easier and save transfer cost on customer side. And the production term start counting since we confirming the customer¡¯s transfer. Normally it will take 3-5 workdays to arrive our account.

For bigger orders, the minimum required deposit will be 50% and clear the rest after the goods on freight side and sending customer BL copy. And then we will make tele-release after receiving the cleared payment.

We can accept Payal payment now for small quantity cnc part order. We need to explain here that only CNC part orders that can go with international air delivery can accept this payment. The reason is that machines go with sea shipping have to go through the government export process that needs confirming payment with bank side. So we can only accept T.T payment with machine orders.

Technical Support

We will provide full technical support both pre-sale and after-sale. Any question about product selection, installation, usage, updating, even conversion will be full supported by our side. We will provide technical support on every side including mechanical support, electric support, software configration, application etc. And we will also give advise on your plans. If we think your plan is some dangerous, we may notice you as well.
